When you create systems for your law practice you’re essentially replicating yourself.
When you refine those systems over time you’ll replicate the best version of yourself.
In other words, you will improve too by doing this. And that’s the biggest benefit of creating and documenting systems.
Sure, at first it’s awkward to examine your procedures because you’re confronting your imperfections.
And who likes doing that? No one, obviously.
But what’s the alternative? Staying stuck in a rut?
No one wants that either.
So I’m guessing you’d prefer the initial discomfort that leads to making significant improvements.
If so, consider this option.
Starting to create systems is less frustrating when you have some help.
At least that’s how it was when I started doing it.
