Weekly Law Blog Roundup

By October 22, 2003Uncategorized

Michael Lowe is a solo lawyer in Dallas who practices mostly criminal defense and now has a weblog. He also has an informative paper regarding the requirements for expunging criminal records.

Alex Wellen, author of the compelling book Barman wrote me to say: “I’ve done it. I’ve started working on my blawg.” Congrats Alex! He is currently on a tour promoting his book, which is something that every law student and recent law school graduate should read. Why? Because it is highly informative, and extremely entertaining.

Lastly, Patrick from Patterico’s Pontifications wrote to say that he finally got an RSS feed on his blog. Glad to hear it, and I’ve added you to my news aggregator.

Sorry I don’t have more annoucements but I’m kind of easing into just announcing the ones from people that write me to request an announcement. If you want to look for more go to Blawg.org or any of the other fine organizations that I link to on the right there.

One last thing: this is not a law blog, but Win Fowler (dad of Sherry Fowler) whom I met at PopTech has started a weblog about sailing. Win is a great guy and man of many interests so his blog will definitely be worth reading.

P.S. If you're a practicing lawyer, check out this Law Practice Assessment . After answering a few questions, you'll get detailed recommendations for improving five key areas of your practice.
