Weekly Law Blog Roundup

By March 10, 2004Uncategorized

Now here is a legal weblog that I really like: Boilerplate, which is “dedicated to clarity, certainty, plain English and commercial sense in contracts.” Amen to that, brother.

Chan Stroman, an attorney in Madison, Wisconsin, has a new weblog called Commercial Leasing Lawblog. It focuses on issues and developments in commercial real estate leasing.

The Illinois Trial Practice Weblog offers practical tips and techniques for trial lawyers. This is a great resource, even if you aren’t in Illinois. New lawyers will find a treasure trove of useful information. The site is run by Evan Schaeffer, an attorney who practices with a personal injury firm in Godfrey, Illinois; he also has a weblog entitled Notes from The Legal Underground, which I’ve mentioned before.

UnivAtty is a legal weblog that covers academic issues, and is now celebrating its one year anniversary. Congratulations on running a fine weblog, and for the one year milestone.

P.S. If you're a practicing lawyer, check out this Law Practice Assessment . After answering a few questions, you'll get detailed recommendations for improving five key areas of your practice.
