Next Friday I'll be speaking at the Louisiana State Bar Association's Solo & Small Firm Conference, which is being held at the Hilton Hotel. The conference is actually a two-day event that starts on Thursday. Definitely worth attending if you work in a small firm, or if you're a solo lawyer.
A lot of the sessions have to do with how to use technology to improve your law practice, or to save money etc. I'll be speaking at two sessions on Friday: (1) Paperless Lawyering, which will take place at 1:30 pm in the Rosedown Ballroom, and (2) 60 Tech Tips in 60 Minutes—along with Jim Calloway and Catherine Sanders—at 4:00 pm in the Napoleon Ballroom.
