Seminar on Paperless Office in Baton Rouge

By August 26, 2009November 11th, 2020Uncategorized

On Thursday, September 3rd, I’ll be speaking at the Baton Rouge Bar Expo on The Road to A Paperless Office — a subject near to my heart. I started becoming paperless in the year 2000, and it was quite a challenge.  Now it’s a lot easier and the tools are pretty inexpensive.  Of course, lawyers still need to know what steps to take and how to make a smooth transition.  Once they do, they can’t imagine going back to a world that is mostly dependent on paper.  For more information on the seminar click here to download a PDF brochure.

It looks like some of the issues you are encountering when you file could be solved by using software to keep track of your files. You can try The Paper Tiger Filing system to help you better keep track of your files. Give it a try! We are BBB A-Rated business and are always looking for ways to help people file!

Great to hear it, Ernie! Being a “paperless” business or home isn’t easy, but there are certainly some steps that you can take to get there. Check out Office Live Workspace from Microsoft for a great cloud computing solution. It offers users the ability to create, save, access, and share documents and files online for free (You get 5GB of free storage!). There is even a plug-in for MS Office that lets you save your files to your online Workspace directly from whichever Office program you are using. Not only can saving things in the cloud help the bottom line, but you’re also contributing to saving our planet!Cheers,KateMSFT Office Live Outreach Teamhttps://www.workspace.officelive.com
