DNS problems resolved

By June 22, 2004Uncategorized

Okay, the nice woman (and more importantly the knowledgeable woman) named Andrea at Network Solutions helped me fix my problem. (If you didn’t know there was a problem then you are reading this site in your news aggregator or else you don’t use www.ernietheattorney.net to get to this site). My PdfForLawyers site is still in limbo but I think I know how to fix that problem, but it will take at least a few hours to fix, which I don’t have right now.

What happened? Not sure, but it somehow Network Solutions did something to change the settings on my accounts. The first person I talked to when I called was uninspiring. And also unknowledgeable. In other words, completely the opposite of Andrea. If you call Network Solutions for a problem and you get Andrea be happy. If you don’t get her, be wary.

P.S. If you're a practicing lawyer, check out this Law Practice Assessment . After answering a few questions, you'll get detailed recommendations for improving five key areas of your practice.
