The 2nd floor food court in my office building (BankOne Center, 201 St. Charles Ave) now offers free Wi-Fi access. The signs around the building that advertise it say that it is only available from 7 am to 4 pm, and users are supposedly limited to 2 hours of use (which is reasonable). I think the time limit is really based on the hours of operation of the food court area; in other words, I doubt that someone is flipping a switch every day to turn the Wi-Fi service on and off. Then again, maybe they are.
