I don’t see anything funny about these signs. I would go with ugly, amateurish and obnoxious. I’d appreciate them more if the guy put them on a bumper sticker or a T-shirt and sold or gave them to people who want them instead of “giving” them to all of us, whether we want them or not.
People can and should stop to consider their point of view without this type of prompting.
